Abstract:

Through a multi-school site qualitative case-study research this study aims at exploring the implementation issues of Oman Ministry of Education policy orientations towards school leadership practice. It also looks into in-school’s relational enactments, and school leadership practices and styles of secondary school principals, senior teachers of English and teachers of English language towards collective instructional English language teaching and learning.
