The International Journal of Education, Educational Policy, Leadership and Management (IJEPLM) is an interdisciplinary journal that aims to encourage and promote high quality research on important issues in Education with the aim of providing an outlet for innovative research in those fields.

It also provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Education, Global Education Policy, Leadership and Management.

IJEPLM is an open access journal that enables immediate, worldwide, barrier-free, open access to the full text of research articles for the best interests of the scientific community.

The journal is published monthly and welcomes papers from all branches of education and pedagogy, including but not limited to the following subject areas:

  • Issues in Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Education

Each article submitted to IJEPLM is evaluated by at least two peer reviewers - international researchers who are expert in their relevant fields, and the manuscript shall also undergo standard routine review with IJEPLM review panel. Articles will be reviewed within 18 days of being received and authors are encouraged to submit their articles before/by the stipulated deadline.

Authors are invited to submit their papers through our online submission system. The last date for paper submission is the 15th of every month.
